You should not have to argue for your own development from a blank page. Two letters below, one per bootcamp, written for you to copy, make yours, and send. Every claim in them is true, which is the only kind of persuasion we practice.

Hi [Manager],
I would like to attend a three-hour live training on October 2: Own the Work, an AI bootcamp built specifically for professionals inside pharma, taught by Angela Radcliffe (formerly enterprise data governance and digital innovation in R&D IT at Bristol Myers Squibb) and Victoria Gamerman, PhD (a decade at Boehringer Ingelheim across data governance and digital transformation).
The cost is $349 if I register by September 25, $499 after. It runs 9:00 to 12:00 ET, so it costs one morning.
Here is what I come back with, the same day: a prompting method our industry peers are using inside their approved tools, and a working AI assistant configured for my actual role, built by me during the session, entirely inside the tools we have already licensed and approved. Nothing leaves our environment; the session is explicitly built around working within company-sanctioned AI, not around it. Responsible-use practice is woven through the whole session.
We have already paid for the licenses. This is the training that turns that spend into output: better first drafts, faster document turnaround, and a repeatable method I can share with the team. If it would help, I will run a short walkthrough of what I built at our next team meeting.
Thanks for considering it,

Hi [Name],
I would like to attend a three-hour live bootcamp on October 9: Show Your Work, built for companies that serve pharma and are starting to see AI questions appear in client diligence questionnaires. It is taught by a former pharma buyer who built the oversight rubrics these questionnaires descend from (Victoria Gamerman, PhD, ex-Boehringer Ingelheim) and a practitioner currently moving her own AI work through vendor qualification at top-20 pharma companies (Angela Radcliffe, ex-Bristol Myers Squibb).
The cost is $349 if we register by September 25, $499 after. There is a premium option that adds a private review of our own evidence and claims with both instructors, for our company alone.
What we get back: a started evidence register on our actual offering, a green-amber-red guardrail for what we claim about AI in sales conversations, and a walkthrough of a full diligence exchange narrated from the buyer's side of the table. This is the conversation that decides whether our pharma deals survive the security call, and right now we are preparing for it by guessing.
One seat covers it, and I will bring the materials back to the team.
Thanks,
[Your name]
